Q: Do weather extremes affect AntiAging Serum?

A: Since Orenda is headquartered in Arizona, we take special care to formulate our products so they can withstand weather extremes during shipping and will arrive to your door unharmed.

Q: What if the bottle doesn’t dispense product when I press the pump?

A: Occasionally, upon first-use the plunger inside the bottle gets stuck and needs some encouragement. Simply press the pump rapidly until it is ‘primed’ and begins to dispense product. This can take anywhere from 5-30 pumps.

Q: Does unscrewing the top of the bottle compromise the product?

A: While we recommend that you leave the product tightly sealed in the air-tight bottle, the perflurodecalin emulsion in the product will not be adversely affected from being temporarily opened. Just try to get that top back on quickly.

Q: When should I use AntiAging Serum?

A: AntiAging Serum can be used morning and night. Apply AntiAging Serum before you apply any makeup.
